Booking Your Foam Party

Booking with Foam Pulse is easy! Choose your party package on our website and secure your date with a deposit or full payment.

Deposit & Payment:

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

  • If you prefer, you can pay the full amount upfront — that counts as both your deposit and balance.

Party Packages & Pricing:

Basic: $350 1-hour foam fun + Music

Deluxe: $450 1-hour foam fun + Snow Cones + Music

Extra Hours:

  • Additional hours can be added to your party for $150 per hour, up to 2 extra hours.

Event Requirements

To ensure a safe and fun party, we need:

  • Access to water

  • A standard power outlet (or we can provide a backup generator for $75)

  • Sufficient space — about 20x20 feet for the foam area

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and covers supplies and prep.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Day-of Event

  • Our team will handle all setup and cleanup.

  • We operate the foam cannon and music for the duration of the party.

  • Snow cone machine (if included) will be operated and served by our team.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment Options

  • You can either pay the full price upfront (with the $100 deposit included) or reserve your date with a $100 deposit and pay the remaining balance at the event.

2. Deposits & Refunds

  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of payment method.

  • If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled party, any payment beyond the deposit will be refunded.

3. No-Shows / Day-of Cancellation

  • If you do not show up or fail to pay the remaining balance, we will not provide the party or set up any equipment, and the $100 deposit is retained.

4. Rescheduling

  • Parties may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • Reschedules must fit within our schedule and cannot be set for unreasonable dates (maximum 1–2 months in the future).

5. Add-Ons

  • Any add-ons (extra hours, backup power, etc.) follow the same cancellation and rescheduling rules as your main package.
